Spa Day of Self-Love Experience

Gently pamper yourself as we submerge in self-love and kindness. In this spa workshop, we’ll learn how best to treat and rejuvinate our bodies, mind & spirit. We’ll first doll up in face and foot masks, pore strips, lip scrubs and/or relaxing lotions. As your mask sets, Yogi Q will step through various essential oil meanings and herbology healing properties, as well as the different types of smudging sticks that can lend to further relaxation. We’ll experience the scents together and close in a calming meditation while soaking in soothing cucumber eye masks.
