Heavy rainfall and East-to-West winds led to flooding in Old Town this weekend that flowed from the Potomac River across Union Street. These photos were taken on Friday afternoon by resident Governor Burke. The photo above was taken from the Old Dominion Boat Club looking down on Strand Street at Chadwicks Restaurant. The photo below is looking from Union Street down Prince Street to the Potomac River.
