A 4th of July Concert, at 10 a.m., featuring organist Douglas A. Beck in “Stars and Stripes Forever” will be held at St. Paul’s Church, 228 S. Pitt Street in Old Town.
Other favorites may include Tchaikovsky’s “1812 Overture” and Copland’s “Fanfare for the Common Man.” The concert is open to the public. Donations will be accepted at the the door to benefit St. Paul’s outreaching music ministries.
“Come as you are with your family and friends of all ages for an enjoyable morning of festive music,” said Morgan Hilton, a spokesperson for the church.
