Most Alexandria City Public Schools have planned back-to-school nights this month, ACPS officials announced last week, giving parents the opportunity to visit their childrens classrooms and meet teachers and administrators.
Francis C. Hammond Middle School Campus will hold its back-to-school nights at 7 p.m. on three consecutive days September 15 (FCH 1), September 16 (FCH 2) and September 17 (FCH 3). George Washington Middle School Campus has its back-to-school nights planned for September 15 at 7 p.m. (GW 1) and September 16 at 7 p.m. (GW 2).
Dates and times for the other schools are as follows:
September 21, 6:30 p.m James K. Polk Elementary School; 7 p.m. Douglas MacArthur Elementary School (Kindergarten to Grade 2).
September 22, 6 p.m. Matthew Maury Elementary School; 6:30 p.m. Cora Kelly School for Math, Science and Technology, Lyles-Crouch Traditional Academy, George Mason Elementary School, William Ramsay Elementary School (Kindergarten to Grade 2); 7 p.m. Jefferson-Houston School; Patrick Henry Elementary School, Charles Barrett Elementary School, John Adams Elementary School, T.C. Williams High School Minnie Howard Campus, Douglas MacArthur Elementary School (Grades 3 to 5).
September 23, 6:30 p.m. William Ramsay Elementary School (Grades 3 to 5); 7 p.m. T.C. Williams High School.
