Braddock Place, a 348,200-square-foot office complex in Old Town, has been sold, netting the seller a tidy $26 million from its purchase price in 2005.

MGP Real Estate L.L.C. has purchased the four-structure property from ING Clarion for $106 million, having just bought it for $80 million three years ago.

Located in the 1300 block of Braddock Place, the Class A property is about 96 percent occupied by tenants which include General Dynamics, the General Services Administration and the National Industries for the Blind.
