The Lee II model townhouse at Potomac Greens has won Craftmark Homes a first prize from the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association in its annual Monument Awards competition. Priced in the $700,000 range with 2,300 square feet of living space, it is among the seven designs now for sale.

The townhouses all display the charm of the traditional Federal style that is so popular throughout the region. It combines with the convenience of its Potomac Plaza shopping center, including the Rustico restaurant and Periwinkle boutique, plus a community center, swimming pool, “tot lot” and close proximity to the George Washington Parkway.
