Minister Dr. Lewis Ross Brown and his wife Shamira Brown, both members of the Third Baptist Church on Prince Street, have secured a one-hour time slot on WFAX AM-1220 on the first, third, and fifth Sundays of each month.

The ministry seeks to bring the listening audience the very best in traditional gospel music, and topical religious conversation, Brown said.

The station will also run a feed-the-homeless program through the radio show that will facilitate donations from Alexandrians and D.C.-area residents.
