Titan Expo Set For April 26

The 22nd annual installment of the Titan Expo, T.C. Williams High Schools student-sponsored multicultural celebration and festival, will take place from noon to 5 p.m. on April 26 at Chinquapin Park.

The Expos proceeds go toward funding two-year Larry Trice scholarships, which are aimed at helping students continue their education in applied occupational and technological fields, according to ACPS. Scholarships are awarded based on merit and financial need.
This years event features local music, Bingo, a car bash, ethnic food, raffle prizes and a used book sale. A new addition to the event this year, there will also be a dog contest at 2 p.m. ($5 entry fee).

The Expo is currently accepting contributions of used books, CDs, DVDs and tapes for the book fair, as well as offerings for the bake sale.
