Dr. Eric K. Coleman has been selected as the new director of School Nutrition Services for Alexandria City Public Schools, according to a news release.

He will be responsible for the management and administration of all functions of the ACPS school nutrition office. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Coleman has more than

20 years of experience related to food service and hospitality and is also a certified chef with the American Culinary Federation.
