Thieves made off with an unknown amount of money after prying open the moneybox of a machine in an apartment laundry room earlier this month. 
    
The unidentified suspects struck the laundry room machine in the 4800 block Duke St. apartments at12:10 p.m., January 18. Authorities do not have surveillance footage of the crime, nor do they have suspect descriptions. 
    
The theft remains under investigation, police said.
