Andras Jacobson, a second grader at Lyles-Crouch Traditional Academy, will quiz an astronaut broadcasting from outer space today.
Jacobson submitted a question about the muscular system in space as part of a national competition. Out of thousands of submissions, NASA selected Jacobson’s question.
“Here on Earth, I know how our muscles act, but in space it may act differently,” Jacobson said.
During the NASA live stream at 12:30 p.m., Astronaut Victor Glover will answer Jacobson’s question, broadcasting from the International Space Station 240 miles above Earth.
