On Monday, June 23rd, the New  Neighbors Education Center, an English as a Second Language program located in Alexandria, is hosting a Restaurant Night Fund Raiser at Bookbinders Restaurant at 109 South St. Asaph St. in Old Town. Bookbinders is graciously donating 15 percent of its proceeds for the evening to support this valuable program.
