A 25-year-old Prince George’s County woman died after a van struck her in the parking lot of the King Street Metro Station about 6:06 p.m. Friday, police say. 
    
Though emergency responders arrived immediately, the woman, identified by authorities as Toni Taylor Monday, was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.

The fatality remains under investigation by Alexandria’s Crash Reconstruction Team. They have not determined whether the driver of the van will face charges.
