Police arrested Benjamin Anderson after he was allegedly caught in the act of breaking into vehicles parked along the 700 block of Prince St. about 8:53 p.m., March 5.
    
A witness spotted Anderson smashing vehicle windows to gain entry and steal the contents, police said. Using the witness description, officers arrested him roughly 10 minutes later. 
    
Authorities have not yet released Andersons age or residence. 
    
He now faces charges of grand larceny from an auto and grand larceny with intent to sell.
