A season after knocking heavily favored, cross-town rival Episcopal out of the Virginia Independent School Athletic Association soccer tournament, the St. Stephen’s and St. Agnes Saints were back at it, beating St. Christopher’s on the pitch.

Sophomore Graham Guidry and junior Taylor Jackson were able to slip by St. Christopher’s defense to find the net, making the final score 2-0 in the Saints favor after the September 2 matchup. The season opening victory also served as junior goal keeper Ryon Huddleston’s first shutout of the new year.
