Priced from the high $700,000s, the four townhouse models range from 1,572 to 2,500 square feet. Each provides a master suite with a private balcony on the third floor in addition to two bedrooms with adjoining baths and walk-in closets on the second story. The main floor boasts the living and dining area, a closet and powder room. Each unit also features a gated rear courtyard opening onto the common green space.
The six condo models are priced from the high $600,000s, with two bedrooms and two baths. Some models also include dens and sunrooms. Another advantage is a garage storage space. They also offer more space than most new condos, ranging from 1,311 to 1,571 square feet.
Marquis Homes, a member of the Van Metre Family of Companies, is offering a special incentive package exclusively for the first ten homebuyers. They will receive no condo fees for the first year, closing cost assistance and a refrigerated wine cooler included with your kitchen.
With brick exteriors and Victorian-style details, the buildings were designed to blend with the nearby 19th Century homes.
