The Alexandria Police Department is investigating an armed robbery and assault that took place in the 5000 block of Seminary Road the night of March 19, according to a release.
After responding to a report of a robbery at gunpoint at 11:30 p.m. on March 19, police officers found three adult men at the scene who had been tied up, according to the release. One of the men had suffered a non-life-threatening injury and one victim’s car had been stolen.
The investigation is currently ongoing, and those with information about the robbery are encouraged to call APD’s non-emergency line at 703-746-4444.
