Police are looking for at least one man wanted on assault charges after he allegedly spit at a restaurant manager when an argument grew out of control on May 25.

The manager of the 5200 block Duke St. restaurant was speaking with another customer when two men approached and began arguing with him, said Ashley Hildebrandt, department spokeswoman. Authorities dont know what sparked the fight, she said.

The duo was asked to leave about 12:35 a.m. and one of them spat at the manager as they exited, police said. Spitting is considered assault, according to Hildebrandt.

No arrests have been made and the incident remains under investigation.
