More than 50 student athletes participated in T.C. Williams Blue Plains Springs regatta over the weekend, wrapping up the programs summer offerings. 

Novice and experienced rowers faced off with one another in the annual close to the summer crew season, an event named for the sewage treatment plant across the Potomac in Maryland. 

The crew teams summer program, which began in late June, is designed to introduce youth and adults alike to the sport.
