To the editor:

Judging by his recent declaration that Virginia should adopt similar immigration policies as Arizona, Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli has forgotten that not many generations ago, his Italian ancestors, like mine, were immigrants and were treated like unwelcomed pariahs by those who had settled and/or assimilated before them. 

And while illegal immigrants may be a problem in Virginia and that is debatable all his humiliating and discriminatory policy does is create a police State of Fear. 

Maybe the solution is to send him back to where he came from: New Jersey!
