Regarding the Times recent coverage of the special tax planned to be levied on Potomac Green and future residents of the Potomac Yard area to support a Metro station there:

The special tax district for the Metro station is not a new idea; the Potomac Green owners knew about it when they bought their homes. The tax is included in the discounted price they paid for their homes. To make the rest of Alexandria pay it is unfair.
