I was shocked tohear the news that Norfolk Southern Corporation is unloading ethanol inthe city and the city has no control over it, according to the courts.

I live two blocks from the Mirant coal facility andcan see coal dust on my window sills. I love the area, but see no sensibleoption other than moving to another state where it is safer.  

At a time when we seecorporations in bed with regulators, this completes the picture. Who arethese folks sitting on the bench? I’ll bet none of them live in thevicinity of the chemical facility.
