JAKE THE CRAB:  A giant inflatable crab which has visited about two dozen major cities across the country graces the top of the new McCormick & Schmick Restaurant, set to open this weekend at National Harbor. It is the first of about eight restaurants to open at the $3 billion mixed-use facility in Prince George’s County over the next four months.
